Blister-type beriberi can lead to sporadic or clustered blisters on the feet, accompanied by itching. It is recommended to soak the feet with glacial acetic acid solution every day, then wipe the feet and apply antifungal ointments such as naftifine ketoconazole ointment and miconazole ointment. For serious treatment, itraconazole can be taken both internally and externally.
