How to check out gonorrhea

Gonorrhea is a bacterial infection caused by Gram-negative diplococcus-Neisseria gonorrhoeae. It is normally infected by sexual activity. It is good for sexually active young men and women. It is highly infectious. Male infection with Neisseria gonorrhoeae is normally manifested as acute urethritis. Female infection is manifested as cervicitis. It can also be asymptomatic. Because male gonorrhoea symptoms are more obvious and there are a large number of secretions flowing out of the urethral orifice, gonorrhoea can be diagnosed through secretion smear, secretion culture and nucleic acid detection. Female symptoms are not obvious, so secretion smear method is not suitable for women, nucleic acid detection and bacterial culture methods are more convenient, and the sensitivity of the test is better.
