Pinellia Macrocephalae and Gastrodia elata Decoction consists of Pinellia ternata, Gastrodia elata, Poria cocos, tangerine peel, atractylodes macrocephalae and liquorice, wherein Pinellia ternata can lower adverse flow, stop vomiting, eliminate phlegm; Gastrodia elata can calm liver and calm wind; atractylodes macrocephalae and Poria cocos can strengthen spleen and eliminate dampness; tangerine peel can regulate qi and eliminate phlegm; liquorice can harmonize various medicines, and after being combined, it has the effects of eliminating phlegm and calming wind, strengthening spleen and eliminating dampness, and can be used for improving wind-phlegm disturbance syndromes such as chest fullness, nausea, vomiting, dizziness and headache. But at present, the prescription has not been prepared into Chinese patent medicine clinically.
