How to treat heart reflux

If it is cardiac blood reflux caused by mitral valve insufficiency, sodium nitroprusside should be used to dilate blood vessels in the acute stage to reduce cardiac load and relieve dyspnea, palpitations, cough and other symptoms of the patient; secondly, mitral valve repair or valve replacement should be performed after the symptoms stabilize. If it is caused by tricuspid regurgitation, it needs to be treated according to the cause, such as tricuspid regurgitation caused by endocarditis, which needs to be treated with antibiotics; rheumatic heart disease needs to be treated with benzathine penicillin, aspirin, glucocorticoids, etc. For tricuspid regurgitation caused by severe disease or poor drug treatment, surgery is required.
