Which signals suggest that there may be a problem with the heart

Empathy in every care, excellence in every treatment.
Heart problems usually include palpitations, varying degrees of dyspnea, leg swelling, etc.
1. Palpitations
refers to the feeling that the heart beats too fast, too slow or irregularly. Usually, sinus arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia and other arrhythmias can cause palpitations, which may be caused by abnormalities in the electrophysiological conduction system of the heart.
2. Dyspnea refers to the
feeling of difficulty or difficulty in breathing. Heart failure, pericardial effusion and other diseases can lead to abnormal contraction and relaxation of the heart, limiting the ability of the heart to pump blood and unable to supply oxygen to the whole body, causing varying degrees of difficulty in breathing.
3. Leg swelling
refers to edema or swelling of the lower limbs. When the heart pumps blood poorly or veins are blocked, venous return is blocked, and blood accumulates in the lower limbs, causing leg swelling.
