Heart rate 98 per minute. Is that normal?

Healing hearts, one patient at a time.
Heart rate of 98 beats per minute is a normal range.
Heart rate refers to the number of beats per minute of the human heart, which is one of the basic vital signs. Under normal circumstances, when adults are quiet and awake, the heart rate will be between 60 and 100 beats per minute. Therefore, heart rate of 98 beats per minute is a normal phenomenon, which indicates that the rhythm and frequency of heart beats and contractions are stable. However, if the heart rate is found to be less than 60 beats per minute during the examination, it is bradycardia, and if the heart rate is found to be higher than 100 beats per minute, it is tachycardia. If the heart rate is continuously higher than 100 beats per minute, or continuously lower than 60 beats per minute, or accompanied by chest tightness, physical weakness, palpitations, etc., seek medical attention promptly to determine whether there is an underlying health problem.
