Heart rate 60 beats/min is generally not harmful to the human body.
Heart rate refers to the number of heart fluctuations per minute, which is one of the basic vital signs of the human body and is often used for cardiovascular system examination. The heart rate measured by normal adults in a quiet and awake state is usually 60-100 beats/min, and 60 beats/min does not exceed this range, indicating that the result is normal and usually does not cause harm to the human body. However, if the heart rate is further reduced, that is, less than 60 beats/min, it becomes bradycardia, which may cause myocardial ischemia, cerebral insufficiency, heart failure and other hazards. If the heart rate rises rapidly, higher than 100 beats/min, it is called tachycardia.
