What are normal high pressure, low pressure and pulse?

Passionate about your health journey.
High pressure and low pressure refer to systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Normal systolic blood pressure is 90-139mmHg, diastolic blood pressure is 60-89mmHg, and pulse rate is 60-100 beats/min.
Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate are important parameters used to measure cardiovascular function and cardiac pulsation function. Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure refer to the maximum pressure exerted by blood on the blood vessel wall during cardiac contraction and relaxation. Under normal circumstances, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of adults in quiet state are 90-139mmHg and 60-89mmHg respectively. Pulse refers to the number of beats per minute of the heart, which should normally be 60-100 beats per minute. It can be sensed by touching the arteries, such as carotid artery, radial artery or femoral artery.
Blood pressure and pulse should be checked regularly at ordinary times to determine whether there is hypotension, hypertension, anemia, hyperthyroidism and other diseases.
