Clinical manifestations of left ventricular enlargement

Your well-being is my top priority.
Symptoms of left ventricular enlargement include difficulty breathing, dizziness, chest pain, etc.
1. Dyspnea The
left ventricle is the main chamber of the heart responsible for pumping blood into the body. When the left ventricle is enlarged, its systolic function may be impaired, resulting in reduced efficiency of the heart pumping blood. The heart cannot effectively pump blood to the body, resulting in hypoxia of the body organs, which may cause difficulty breathing.
2. Dizziness The
enlargement of the left ventricle may be accompanied by a decrease in cardiac output, especially during activity. The heart cannot provide enough blood to meet the needs of the brain, resulting in temporary cerebral ischemia, dizziness, etc.
3. Chest pain After the
left ventricle is enlarged, the heart muscle needs more oxygen to maintain its function, but if the coronary arteries cannot provide enough blood to meet this demand, chest pain may occur.
