Can myocardial enzyme rule out myocarditis normally

Whether myocarditis can be ruled out with normal myocardial enzymes should be judged in combination with actual conditions.

If the patient's myocardial enzymes are relatively normal and no abnormal symptoms are found, myocarditis can be ruled out through ECG examination, X-ray examination and other items. However, if the patient's myocardial enzymes are normal, the patient has mild chest distress, chest pain, palpitations, dyspnea and other symptoms. Through the above examinations, ST-T changes, cardiac shadow enlargement and other phenomena are found, myocarditis cannot be ruled out. It is suggested that coronary angiography, magnetic resonance imaging and virus serology should be used to judge the disease.
