Causes of right lower abdominal pain during ovulation

1. It may be caused by stimulation of ovulation on the right side. It may be caused by ovulation on the right side of the ovary during ovulation and slight pain caused by egg stimulation to the fallopian tube. If the pain lasts for a short time, it can normally not be treated. 2. It may be that the fallopian tube is not patent.
