Clinical classification of coronary heart disease

Coronary heart disease is mainly divided into five types: hidden type, angina pectoris type, myocardial infarction type, heart failure type and sudden death type.
1. Hidden type coronary heart disease
without obvious symptoms is generally called hidden type coronary heart disease.
2. Angina pectoris type
activity after obvious chest tightness, chest pain and other symptoms, this type of coronary heart disease is called angina pectoris type coronary heart disease.
3. Myocardial infarction type does
not appear angina pectoris, but directly appears precordial pain, shortness of breath, cold skin and other symptoms, called myocardial infarction type coronary heart disease.
4. Heart failure type
coronary heart disease with heart failure as the first manifestation is usually called heart failure type coronary heart disease.
5. Sudden death type coronary heart disease is
easy to induce sudden death, called sudden death type coronary heart disease.
