Cervical Sleep Surgery

LEEP is a small surgery commonly used in outpatient clinics. It is mainly used to treat moderate cervical precancerous lesions. For cervical precancerous lesions, we can choose observation, laser and other elimination treatments or LEEP, cold knife conization and other excision treatments. For mild precancerous lesions, we currently choose observation or laser and other physical therapy. For moderate precancerous lesions, we choose LEEP treatment. LEEP is an electric cutting ring, can be circular excision of cervical lesions, excision at the same time has hemostatic coagulation effect, the operation is relatively simple, generally a few seconds can be completed. Of course, LEEP surgery also has shortcomings, often cut edge can not see clearly pathological conditions, pathology can not accurately determine whether the cut edge is clean, this is the disadvantage of LEEP, therefore, LEEP is often used for moderate cervical precancerous lesions. For high cervical precancerous lesions, we often choose cold knife conization, which has a larger resection range and a clean cutting edge.
