Causes of Left Heart Failure

Restoring health, restoring hope.
Left heart failure is caused by the use of drugs, anemia, acute myocardial infarction, etc.
1.
Long-term use of drugs such as epirubicin hydrochloride for injection and daunorubicin hydrochloride for injection may promote the production of free radicals, which can cause peroxidation reaction, causing damage to myocardium, affecting myocardial metabolism and causing left heart failure.
2.
The blood oxygen carrying capacity of anemia patients is reduced, resulting in hypoxia. In order to improve the hypoxia state, the heart is overloaded and efforts are made to pump more oxygenated blood supply to tissues and organs, which will cause left heart failure.
3. The incidence of acute myocardial infarction is
related to myocardial ischemia. Myocardial necrosis may occur due to ischemia, causing myocardial damage and causing left heart failure.
