What items need to be examined to diagnose myocardial ischemia

Empathy in every care, excellence in every treatment.
The diagnosis of myocardial ischemia requires ECG, cardiac color Doppler ultrasound, coronary angiography and other examinations.
1.
ECG can observe changes in cardiac electrical activity, and can initially determine abnormal parts. ECG shows ST segment shift, it can be initially diagnosed as myocardial ischemia.
2. Cardiac color
Doppler ultrasound can observe the blood flow of the heart and whether there is abnormality in the structure and function of the heart, which can help further diagnose myocardial ischemia.
3. Coronary angiography
Myocardial ischemia is caused by coronary artery stenosis, myocardial blood supply and oxygen deficiency. Coronary angiography can determine whether coronary artery stenosis or blockage occurs by observing the smooth flow of contrast medium in coronary artery. Combined with the above two examination results, myocardial ischemia can be diagnosed.
