What are the diagnostic criteria for diastolic heart failure?

Building a healthier future, together.
The diagnostic criteria for diastolic heart failure include symptoms and signs, echocardiography, X-ray, etc.
1. Symptoms and signs
are judged by observing whether the patient has typical symptoms of heart failure such as dyspnea, chest distress, shortness of breath, etc.
2. Echocardiogram shows
diastolic heart failure. Echocardiogram can show that the filling speed of the left ventricle is slowed down, and there may be thickening of the ventricular wall. It can also diagnose whether the patient has pericardial disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, aortic stenosis and other primary diseases.
3. X-ray
Diastolic heart failure can be observed by X-ray whether there is any sign of expansion of the heart and pulmonary edema.
