Clinical manifestations of placental abruption.

Placental abruption is mainly manifested as abdominal pain accompanied by vaginal bleeding, the degree of abdominal pain and the amount of bleeding vary, the more blood accumulated, the more severe the pain, and the more bleeding patients can cause anemia or shock. After 20 weeks of gestation or during labor, the placenta in its normal position separates partially or completely from the uterine wall before delivery, known as placental abruption.
