How is uterine retroversion caused?

Uterine retroversion refers to the position of the female uterus. Generally speaking, the position of the uterus can be divided into anterior position, median position and posterior position of the uterus. The posterior position of the uterus refers to the position of the uterus retroversion and retroversion. Most of the posterior uterus is normal, and some may be combined with gynecological diseases. For example, inflammation of uterus, fallopian tube and ovary, or congenital dysplasia of uterus, leading to uterine ligament relaxation, or pelvic infection caused by repeated induced labor and abortion, not completely recovered, adhesion may also lead to uterine tilt backward, showing uterine retroversion.
