Why have a fever and cold hands and feet

Cold hands and feet during fever are mainly caused by poor blood circulation. This situation is more common in young infants, because the nervous system and temperature regulation center of infants are not well developed. When fever occurs, blood supply is concentrated in large organs such as the heart, and blood supply to hands and feet decreases, which will lead to cold hands and feet.
