The pleural effusion on both sides can be considered as malignant tumor. It is recommended to actively improve relevant examinations and check tumor markers due to pleural effusion caused by tumor invasion. If malignant tumor is diagnosed, surgery should be performed as soon as possible, and radiotherapy or chemotherapy should be given after surgery. If it is caused by tuberculosis, anti-tuberculosis drugs can be taken.
