Why does chilblain itch?

Frostbite grows on the skin, which is caused by the deterioration of local peripheral nerve circulation caused by cold, and there is itching feeling, because the temperature of frostbite site rises, so that the peripheral circulation becomes better, the blood flow speed increases, resulting in itching feeling on the skin. The higher the temperature, the stronger the itching feeling.
