How to determine if there is moisture in the body

Empowering lives through health.
In life, you can determine whether there is moisture in the body by observing stool traits, tongue coating, and state after getting up.
1. Observe stool traits.
If stool is not formed for a long time, stool is sticky, indicating that there may be moisture in the body. If stool traits are normal, it can generally rule out the possibility of moisture in the body.
2. Observe tongue coating.
If tongue coating is light red and moist, it indicates that there is cold and wet in the body. If tongue coating is rough, yellow and greasy, it indicates that there is damp heat in the body.
3. State after getting up. If the body feels
refreshed and energetic after getting up, it generally indicates that there is moisture in the body.
