What is a headache after moxibustion?

Moxibustion may be caused by improper operation, nervous tension, cold and other reasons.

1. Improper operation of

moxibustion can promote the circulation of blood gas in the body. If the time is too long and too many acupoints are selected, it may lead to decreased blood supply to the brain, ischemia and hypoxia, which may cause headache and dizziness.

2. Nervous tension in

some people is more afraid during the moxibustion process, resulting in long-term nervous state. After moxibustion, headache and dizziness may occur.

3. Cold

If the head is attacked by cold after moxibustion, causing vasoconstriction, affecting local blood circulation, the above phenomena will occur.
