Gynecological endocrine check what

Dedicated to your well-being.
Gynecological endocrine examination is mainly the examination of ovarian endocrine function. Generally, venous blood is taken for sex hormone examination in 2-4 days of menstrual period, including estradiol, progesterone, follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, prolactin and testosterone. During this period, it is follicular period, and the basal endocrine state of ovary can be understood through testing sex hormone level. If the sex hormone level does not match the physiological level, it indicates that there is an endocrine disease. For example, it is abnormal for the luteinizing hormone level to be higher than the follicle stimulating hormone level in follicular phase. If the ratio of the two is greater than 2-3, it indicates that the possibility of polycystic ovary syndrome is very high.
