Early symptoms of measles in children

In the early stages of measles, fever, runny nose, and nasal congestion begin. Within 3 to 5 days of fever, a rash develops on the head, face, and trunk, and then spreads to the limbs. After measles is diagnosed, care should be taken to keep your child's skin clean.
