Can tenosynovitis be cured without treatment

Tenosynovitis is aseptic inflammation caused by local tendon and tendon sheath friction caused by long-term rapid hand use. Mild tenosynovitis can heal itself after local braking. Severe tenosynovitis cannot be cured without treatment and may recur again. It is suggested that patients can see orthopaedics department for treatment by local injection of blocked needle or surgery.
