Is NT testing necessary?

At present, NT examination is still necessary. With the improvement of medical technology, even if the medical technology level is relatively improved, it is impossible to make a definite diagnosis of all abnormal pregnancies. It is suggested to do corresponding examinations at different gestational weeks, such as NT at 11~13 weeks +6. If there is suspected chromosome problem, amniotic fluid puncture can be continued, and then ultrasound screening can be done. Neonatal diseases and abnormalities can be diagnosed in advance, early intervention can be carried out to reduce the scope of perinatal birth and prevent perinatal death.
