White lesions of the vulva, also known as vulvar sclerosing lichen. It is mainly characterized by thinning of the perianal skin of the vulva, hypopigmentation and white lesions. The main clinical manifestations of white lesions of the vulva, itching in the damaged area, pain during sexual intercourse and burning sensation of the vulva, are lighter than those of patients with chronic lichen simplex, and can show sexual difficulties in the late stage. Young female patients with itching symptoms are not obvious, and may feel vulvar or perianal discomfort after urination or defecation. At present, the lesion area of the body shows large and small labia, clitoris foreskin, labia posterior commissure and steel ball. The lesion is mostly symmetrical, generally not involving vaginal mucosa. The early lesion is mild, and the skin is red and swollen, showing pink ivory white or shiny papules.
