What is preexcitation syndrome type a?

Empathy in care, excellence in medicine.
Pre-excitation syndrome type A is a type of pre-excitation syndrome. Pre-excitation
syndrome is a clinical syndrome caused by abnormal atrioventricular conduction, causing premature excitation of some ventricular muscles. According to ECG manifestations, it can be divided into type A and type B. Type A pre-excitation syndrome refers to a dominant bypass near the mitral valve annulus of the heart. When there is no tachycardia, the patient may be asymptomatic. When accompanied by tachycardia, chest distress, palpitation, syncope and other symptoms may occur. Treatment methods mainly include drug therapy, synchronous cardioversion and radiofrequency ablation. Most patients can get good control of symptoms after standard treatment.
