Low blood pressure refers to the diastolic blood pressure of the human body. It is generally considered normal for adults to maintain diastolic blood pressure between 60-89mmHg. It is
better for adults to maintain diastolic blood pressure between 60-80mmHg, while diastolic blood pressure between 81-89mmHg is called normal high value. Although it cannot be diagnosed as hypertension, it can be regarded as pre-hypertension. If timely life management is usually restored to normal, if it is not taken seriously, it may develop into hypertension.
In the case of no antihypertensive drugs, three clinic blood pressure measurements are taken on different days, and diastolic blood pressure is greater than or equal to 90mmHg. Hypertension is Grade 1, and diastolic blood pressure between 100-109mmHg is Grade 2, and hypertension is greater than or equal to 110mmHg.
