Chest tightness, shortness of breath, diagnosis, spontaneous pneumothorax, how to do it?

Spontaneous pneumothorax requires no treatment if the volume does not exceed 20 percent, and usually absorbs itself within two weeks. For patients with large volumes, pleuropuncture or closed thoracic drainage is required to relieve symptoms. Antibiotic treatment is also beneficial to prevent infection.
