What does hypertension mean by high pressure and low pressure?

Systolic blood pressure refers to the side pressure produced by blood flowing to the aorta after contraction of the heart. The normal value is 90~139mmHg. Diastolic blood pressure is a reflection of the elastic state of blood vessels. When the heart is relaxed, the aortic valve is closed, and the pressure produced by elastic contraction of arterial blood vessels is diastolic pressure. The normal value is generally 60~89mmHg. If one of the two values exceeds the normal value, it belongs to high blood pressure, and if it is lower than the normal value, it belongs to low blood pressure, which is an important value for observing vital signs.
