Will myocarditis heal itself?

Myocarditis may not be self-healing.

Whether myocarditis can be self-healing depends on factors such as the degree of myocardial infection and the strength of the body resistance. If the patient has mild myocardial infection and strong body resistance, it may be self-healing. If the patient has weak resistance and severe infection, it has caused more serious myocardial damage and generally will not self-heal.

Patients need to develop good daily habits. In remission, they can exercise properly. The diet should be light, digestible and nutritious food.
