The baby has a fever. It doesn't work if you drink antipyretics.

Parents can take their child's temperature 30 to 60 minutes after taking the cooling drug. If the temperature does not decrease, they can give the drug again. If there is still no obvious effect after the second dose, parents should take the child to the hospital for injection with stronger cooling drugs.
