Thigh skin tingling

The tingling of the thigh skin may be related to the skin, muscle or femoral head. The most common cause of skin problems is herpes zoster, a viral infection caused by skin disease. Herpes zoster can be seen as papule-like lesions along the nerves on the skin surface, accompanied by severe pain. Soft tissue problems may be related to soft tissue tumors with bleeding or inflammation, or muscle damage and tear. If the nerve problem, may be neurogenic, may also be peripheral nerve lesions. Neurogenic problems, more common is lumbar disc herniation.
