How to treat vitamin d rickets

Vitamin D resistant rickets is a renal tubular genetic defect disease, which can be divided into hypophosphatemia and hypocalcemia. Hypophosphatemia is common in vitamin D resistant rickets, also known as familial hypophosphatemia. Common treatment is to prevent bone deformity, oral phosphate 1~3g/(kg.d), as far as possible to increase blood phosphorus.
