Can anaemia cause leucocyte to be low

Whether anemia causes low white blood cells depends on the specific type of anemia. If it is aplastic anemia, white blood cells and platelets will be lower than normal. If it is hemorrhagic anemia, white blood cells will generally not drop, usually within the normal range or slightly above normal.
