Atrial Fibrillation Radiofrequency Ablation (RFCA)

After radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter may be converted, which is more common in cardiovascular surgery, because there is left coronary circumflex branch in mitral isthmus and coronary sinus in tricuspid isthmus. Excessive ablation may cause perforation bleeding or vascular scar hyperplasia. It is suggested that patients should be observed first. If there are symptoms, drug treatment can be taken. Finally, medical ablation can be considered.
