Why do you get splenic hemangioma?

The etiology of splenic hemangioma is not clear, and it is currently believed that it may be related to genetic, infection, local blood circulation stagnation and other factors. If the splenic hemangioma is small and not accompanied by other abnormal symptoms, no special treatment is required. If the hemangioma is large and there is a risk of rupture, surgery is required.
