What causes pain below the right chest?

Pain in the lower right chest may be caused by pneumonia, pleurisy, lung abscess, tuberculosis, hepatitis, cholecystitis, etc. Chest CT and chest ultrasound examination should be performed in hospital. If pleurisy is diagnosed, antibiotics and supportive therapy should be prescribed.
