How to treat terminal ileitis?

Acute gastroenteritis caused by bacterial infection complicated with terminal ileitis may be treated with antibiotics. Terminal ileitis caused by colon tumor may require radical resection. Terminal ileitis caused by autoimmune deficiency may be treated with mesalazine. Illitis is treated promptly and is not very serious if it does not cause complications.
