B ultrasound can only judge the size of the kidney, help to judge the course of kidney disease, can not be used to diagnose nephritis. Nephritis needs to do urine routine, blood routine, renal function, renal biopsy to comprehensively judge. Common symptoms of nephritis are macroscopic hematuria or microscopic hematuria, proteinuria, edema, etc.
