Cataract is a very common eye disease in ophthalmology. When cataract develops to a certain extent and the best corrected visual acuity is less than 0.3, cataract extraction surgery is needed. At present, cataract surgery still needs hospitalization. After admission, antibiotic eye drops, such as levofloxacin eye drops, 4 times a day, one drop each time, and other routine examinations, such as blood routine examination, urine routine examination, liver and kidney function examination, hepatitis B three series examination, coagulation examination, etc., and intraocular lens degree measurement, cataract extraction surgery is generally performed about two days after hospitalization. After cataract extraction surgery, eye drops for infection prevention and anti-inflammatory eye drops should be given, and regular eye drops should be applied. Under normal circumstances, it is necessary to observe 1~2 days after surgery before discharge. In summary, cataract extraction surgery generally requires 3~5 days of hospitalization.
