First of all, slit lamp examination, exclude anterior segment abnormalities; direct or indirect ophthalmoscopy to observe whether the fundus retina shows detachment, whether the surrounding degeneration area, whether the vitreous body shows posterior detachment, etc.; At the same time, fundus photography, eye B ultrasound, morphologically observe posterior segment changes, exclude retinal detachment; OCT is then performed to scan the macula and observe whether the macula is abnormally bleeding and thickened. If the retina periphery shows degeneration, laser and other methods can be applied to remedy it. If early retinal detachment or severe retinopathy is shown, symptomatic or surgical treatment is recommended.
