Difference between endometrial dysplasia and endometrial cancer

Endometrial cancer belongs to malignant tumor of female reproductive system, usually occurs after menopause, patients usually accompanied by abdominal pain, increased leucorrhea, abdominal mass symptoms, mainly through surgery, combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy; endometrial hyperplasia, mainly refers to female endometrial thickening and canceration tendency, but generally in a benign state, through taking progesterone for treatment.
