gingival bleb

Empowering you to live healthier.
The causes and treatment of gingival blood bubbles are various. Common causes include trauma, oral inflammation, dental calculus and plaque stimulation, etc., which need to be treated. 1. Trauma Gingiva is injured by hard objects, scalds or external impact, resulting in local tissue damage, blood vessel rupture, blood accumulation in gingival tissue to form blood bubbles. For small blood bubbles, generally can be absorbed by themselves, without special treatment. If the blood bubble is large, you can go to the hospital by the doctor to use sterile equipment to puncture the blood bubble, discharge congestion, and use mouthwash for oral disinfection to prevent infection. 2. Oral inflammation includes gingivitis, periodontitis, periapical periodontitis and other inflammatory diseases. These infections are usually caused by bacterial infections, resulting in congestion and edema of gingival tissue, increased fragility of blood vessels, and the formation of blood bubbles. Anti-inflammatory treatment is needed for oral inflammation. Oral antibiotics such as amoxicillin capsules and cefixime capsules can be prescribed to control infections. Root canal therapy may be needed for severe cases such as periapical periodontitis. 3. Dental calculus and plaque stimulate long-term unclean oral hygiene habits lead to the accumulation of dental calculus and plaque on the tooth surface and gum edges. These substances can breed bacteria, stimulate gum tissue, cause inflammation and bleeding, and eventually form blood bubbles. Therefore, regular ultrasonic cleaning is needed to remove dental calculus and plaque and reduce bacterial growth. At the same time, maintain oral hygiene and use proper brushing methods and tools such as flossing to clean teeth.
