Hepatitis B can be transmitted to families without hepatitis B.

Hepatitis B is mainly caused by infection with hepatitis B virus, but hepatitis B does not belong to genetic diseases. Hepatitis B mainly infects others through blood transmission, body fluid transmission and vertical transmission. If there is no blood contact with patients, hepatitis B virus will not be transmitted.
