What does paralysis mean?

Paralysis is a condition where the brachial plexus is damaged during childbirth through a narrow birth canal or forceps delivery. It usually does not require special treatment and can recover after about 3 months of birth. It is usually less likely to occur, so don't worry too much about the baby.
