What to do if you have external hemorrhoids

The patient has a flesh lump at the anal mouth, which is not painful and itchy. It is likely to be connective tissue external hemorrhoids. For asymptomatic external hemorrhoids, special treatment can not be taken. Avoid spicy and stimulating foods, quit smoking and alcohol, eat more vegetables and fruits, eat more coarse grains and miscellaneous foods, and drink more hot water. If external hemorrhoids repeatedly affect life, surgery can be taken to remove external hemorrhoids.
