Fatty liver can be cured mainly depends on the degree of the disease, mild fatty liver can be cured. As long as the active removal of the cause, while regulating diet, reasonable exercise, quit smoking and alcohol, fat deposition in the liver will subside after a period of time, liver function can be basically restored.
